Vintage Christmas Radio Shows

Our family has been enjoying listening to a wide variety of Christmas episodes of old time radio shows this year. It seems that the “holidays” are so politically correct these days that it’s almost an effort to remember the true meaning of Christmas. The old radio dramas and comedies from the “golden age of radio” take us back to a simpler, more wholesome time. I like that!

Here are some of my favorites, available free-for-the-listening online:

Thank you so much for these links! I can’t wait to check them out and listen! I know what you mean about today’s politically correct way of celebrating the Saviour’s birth. Hope you are enjoying a lovely day! Merry Christmas!

I loved listening to the radio programs! My imagination would run wild – hearing only voices and imagining all the rest. TY does it all for us. We just sit there and stare. A very merry Christmas to you and yours, Karla!
