In May I read several books I received for review and listened to several audiobooks, along with a few others.

Not that I'm running behind or anything... but here is my reading list for April. Mostly a mix of historical novels with some dystopian thrown in.

In March I read an eclectic mix of fiction and nonfiction, from Amish romance to historical to speculative to current events to mystery. Some for escapism and some for preparedness. Check it out!

February was a light reading month for me. Here's what I managed to fit in.

Due to unexpected health issues, travel, and holiday busy-ness I didn’t get my reading reports for October, November, or December posted. I’m not going to go back and do that now, but for a year-end report: my GoodReads totals for 2021 are 255 books and 54,150 pages. That’s down from 282 books in 2020. Let’s see what kind of track…

What with settling in to our new home, plus a trip to Missouri, I didn't fit in as much reading as I usually do this past month. But, as always, I did read a few books.

As you can imagine, August was a busy month for me. Also, I didn't read as much while we traveled as I typically would because there was more to see out the window besides monotonous Interstate scenery. I know I did read. I always do. Let's see what I ended up with for the month.

As is usual for me, my reading in July was a variety of genres. Not much nonfiction, I notice. However, I guess I should mention that I do read the Bible regularly. It's always interesting to me to look back and see what I've read recently. I don't usually plan ahead, but pick up books that appeal to me at the moment. This could explain why I often have two (or five) books going at once.
