The Christmas reading season is approaching, so I’ve been eyeing the Christmas folder on my Kindle thinking about which books I want to add to my December TBR list. And no, I don’t have an actual list. It’s more of a browse-through to remind myself of what I have to choose from. I already have plenty, but with ebooks there is always room for a few more.
I’ve noticed more and more Christmas titles starting to pop up on the free lists, so starting this week (from now till Christmas) I will include any that I see that appear to be clean. Most (not all) of them are light romances, similar to Hallmark Christmas movies, I think. But sometimes that’s just what I’m in the mood for, especially during the holiday season. I know I’ll never read all of them, but it’s fun to have a selection to choose from.

Daughters of Zion
Daughters of Zion by C. A. Gray is a collection of fictionalized short stories about various women in the Bible, arranged in chronological order. This one isn’t Christmas-themed other than I would assume Mary’s story is included.
The Complete Christmas Stories
Update: No longer free.
The Complete Christmas Stories by Lucy Maud Montgomery. One of my all-time favorite authors. I thought maybe this was a compilation of Christmas-themed chapters from the Anne of Green Gables series and others, but it appears to be stand-alone short stories. Looking forward to diving into this one soon!
Christmas in Hawk Ridge Hollow
Update: No longer free.
Christmas in Hawk Ridge Hollow by Ellie Hall is Book 5 in the Rich and Rugged: A Hawkins Brother Romance series. (Can you see me rolling my eyes? Ha!) Looks like a fun Christmas-in-the-mountains setting.
Dreaming of His Kiss
Dreaming of His Kiss by Jessie Gussman is Book 0.5 of the Cowboy Mountain Christmas series. I think that means it’s a prequel novella. It’s about a cardiologist who is called to leave the medical field and become a pastor in the Ozarks. Since I just moved to the Ozarks this will be an interesting one to read this year.
Christmas Car Kerfuffle
Christmas Car Kerfuffle by Jessie Gussman appears to be a stand-alone novel. That title, though! Cracks me up! I’ve gotta see what that’s about!
One Last Christmasa
Update: No longer free.
One Last Christmas by Ruth Kyser is a Christian novella “about faith, family, and God’s never-ending love for us.”

But wait! There’s more! Click right now and you can get this “box set” of 15 books, by various authors, all in one humongous file! Perfect for your Christmas binge-reading needs! Well, I mean, why not?
